TOC Analyzer.
High-precision Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analysis for pharmaceutical, environmental, and industrial water monitoring across Nepal.
Monitor organic contamination in pure water and industrial effluent with our highly sensitive Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analyzers. These systems offer rapid detection and compliance with international environmental standards for water testing labs.
Pharmaceutical Water Testing
Purified water and Water for Injection (WFI) quality monitoring per USP <643>, European Pharmacopoeia 2.2.44, and Japanese Pharmacopoeia requirements.
Environmental Monitoring
Organic carbon measurement in surface water, groundwater, drinking water, and wastewater effluents per ISO 8245 and EN 1484 standards.
Ultra-Pure Water Systems
Continuous or batch monitoring of ultra-pure water quality in semiconductor fabrication and power generation facilities.
CIP Process Validation
Clean-In-Place rinse water validation in pharmaceutical and food & beverage manufacturing to confirm equipment is free of organic residues.
- TC — Total Carbon
- IC — Inorganic Carbon
- TOC — Total Organic Carbon
- NPOC — Non-Purgeable Organic Carbon
- TN / TNb — Total Nitrogen
What does a TOC Analyzer measure?
A TOC Analyzer measures the total organic carbon content in water samples by oxidising organic compounds and quantifying the resulting CO₂. It reports TC (Total Carbon), IC (Inorganic Carbon), TOC, and NPOC (Non-Purgeable Organic Carbon).
Which industries use TOC Analyzers?
Pharmaceutical manufacturers (for WFI and purified water testing per USP <643>), environmental monitoring labs, semiconductor fabs, power plants, and food & beverage facilities for CIP rinse validation.
What is the difference between TOC and BOD/COD testing?
TOC measures total organic carbon directly via combustion or UV-persulphate oxidation, giving results in minutes. BOD measures oxygen consumed by microorganisms over 5 days. COD uses chemical oxidation. TOC is faster and more reproducible for routine monitoring.
